ด้วย European Union ประกาศรับสมัครทุนโครงการ EU – ASEAN Higher Education Institution clusters fostering academic connectivity โดยมีขอบเขตการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ความยั่งยืนทางสิ่งแวดล้อม (Green Transition), การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ยุคดิจิทัล (Digital Transformation) และเศรษฐกิจสีน้ำเงิน (Blue Economy)

ผู้สนใจที่ประสงค์สมัครขอรับทุนสนับสนุน โปรดดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้
1. ผู้สมัครส่งข้อเสนอโครงการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษในรูปแบบ PDF ตามแบบฟอร์มที่แหล่งทุนกำหนดไปยัง

ทั้งนี้ ขอให้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังกล่าวให้แล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ 11 พฤศจิกายน 2567 และเนื่องจากมหาวิทยาลัยมีการประกาศ เรื่อง นโยบายจริยธรรมการวิจัย (Research Integrity) (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2567 ซึ่งมีผลบังคับใช้ วันที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2567 มหาวิทยาลัยจึงขอสงวนสิทธิ์รับรองการส่งข้อเสนอโครงการสำหรับหัวหน้าโครงการที่ผ่านการอบรมด้านจริยธรรมการวิจัยเชิงทฤษฎีและเชิงปฏิบัติตามที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนดและมีใบรับรองการผ่านการฝึกอบรมแล้วเท่านั้น

Grants for EU – ASEAN Higher Education Institution clusters fostering academic connectivity (2025-2027)

This funding is made available by the EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package –Higher Education Programme (SCOPE-HE), which is funded by the European Union.It aims to enhance exchange and connectivity in higher education, research, and technical vocational education and training (TVET) by funding three EU-ASEAN higher education institutions (HEIs) clusters to implement cross-regional academic connectivity activities (e.g., researchers’, staff’s and PhD students’ mobility; curriculum revision; networking events; and publications).

Funding Organization: European Union through the EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package – Higher Education Programme (SCOPE-HE), implemented by the Dutch Organisation for internationalisation in education (Nuffic) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Research Scope: Green Transition, Digital Transformation and Blue Economy.

Eligibility:

Eligible Cluster Leads are state or state-recognised HEIs from the EU and ASEAN member states. They are recognised as non-profit entities and conduct independent research and teaching at the tertiary level. The Cluster Lead submits the application on behalf of the entire cluster. The cluster consist of four to six HEIs from the EU and ASEAN member states (with a minimum of one institution each from ASEAN and the EU).

Activities eligible for funding

• Development and revision of teaching/learning materials relevant to project implementation.
• Partial funding of PhD positions, aimed at supporting the involvement of early-career researchers in collaborative research projects.
• Organisation of events.
• Carrying out further and advanced training.
• Implementation of project-related stays and mobilities (e.g., research, specialised course/workshop, summer schools, internship, study, teaching).
• Realisation of target group-oriented public relations work.
• Research in one focus area.

Maximum Award: €545,000 for a 3-year project from January 2025 to December 2027
