The Department of Soil Science and Land Resources, Faculty of Agriculture, IPB University, invites faculty members, researchers, students, and academic staff to participate in the 1st International Conference on Soil Carbon and Agriculture Futures (SCAF 2026).
SCAF 2026 is an international conference designed to bring together researchers, academics, policymakers, practitioners, industry representatives, and students to discuss recent advances, challenges, and future directions in soil carbon management and sustainable agriculture. The conference aims to foster scientific exchange, international collaboration, and innovative solutions for addressing global agricultural and environmental challenges.
To accommodate participants from around the world, SCAF 2026 will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing attendees to participate either on-site at IPB University , Indonesia, or virtually through an online platform . Both presentation and participation opportunities will be available for online and offline attendees.

Publication Opportunity
Selected papers will be considered for publication as chapters in a Springer Book Volume, subject to the publisher’s editorial policies, peer-review process, and publication requirements. Papers not selected for the Springer publication may be recommended for submission to reputable partner journals.
