This initiative aims to support micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in ASEAN member states pioneering innovative, carbon-neutral solutions to urban challenges.
Funding Organization: The U.S. Department of State, through its U.S.-ASEAN Smart Cities Partnership (USASCP).
Scope: Net-zero urban innovation
Eligibility: Eligible applicants for the application are ASEAN entities, a legally registered ASEAN company, NGO, and/or university in an ASEAN Member State (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Viet Nam) with at least 51% ASEAN ownership.
ASEAN entities can apply to the fund on their own under Track 1 OR apply to the fund in partnership with a Singaporean company under Track 2.
Track 1: ASEAN entities apply individually or as a consortium

Maximum Award: Each grant ranges from US $200,000-$400,000.
