SLINGSHOT 2025 is the 9th edition of a global deep tech startup competition from Singapore to the world.

Scope: The competition is open in four domains:

• Environment, Energy and Green Technologies
• Health and Biomedical
• Manufacturing, Trade and Connectivity
• Transformative Digital Technologies

Eligibility

This Competition is open and offered solely to:

• Business entities, regardless of their business area. Startups may be required, in the Organiser’s sole discretion, to provide proof of company registration by submitting a registration certificate issued within the last three (3) months, or ongoing company registration/business profile, or any trade registry and proof ensuring the registration of the entity in the relevant country.
• Any technology-based startups that meet the following conditions are eligible to participate: 1) Develops or possesses innovation, 2) Has been registered within the past 10 years in their country of registration, and 3) Is not a subsidiary of a corporate entity

Startups participating should have the goal of incorporating in Singapore.

Maximum Award:

• Grand Winner of SLINGSHOT 2025: S$400,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
• 1st Runner Up of SLINGSHOT 2025: S$300,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
• 2nd Runner Up of SLINGSHOT 2025: S$200,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
• The Top 12 Global Startups will each receive: S$60,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
